Sponsorship Sales Executive, Renewable Energy
£30-32k base - expected 1st year earnings £50-60k uncapped
We are currently recruiting for a successful sales person to sell sponsorship packages internationally. The candidate will join an award winning conference team to strengthen our fast growing events portfolio working across the renewables sector.
We work across a diverse portfolio of events in the USA, Europe and Asia where are key goal is to collaborate with our customers to help their businesses thrive and create a sustainable future on a global scale.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Close and repeat high-value business on conferences
• Maximising revenue through sponsorship sales
• Developing relationship with decision makers in order to do business and build accounts
• Identifying and securing new customers who can be developed into major accounts
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Achieving and exceeding daily KPI's
• Managing a sales pipeline document for reporting purposes
• Forecasting business accurately on a weekly and monthly basis
• Gathering product and company feedback from clients and prospects
You will have:
• A solid and proven background in conference/event sales
• A proven track record of winning new business and successfully account managing existing clients
• Able to sell on concept and provide a consultative sales approach with an excellent telephone manner
• Integrity is key; our products are market-leading, and you should be too
• Smart, ambitious, committed and actively focused on self-improvement
• Enjoy being challenged and engaged in a KPI driven environment where a good percentage of your total earnings are performance based
• Ideally you will have a genuine interest in and desire to contribute to the world’s evolving energy future, in which, we believe renewables and clean energy have a vital and rapidly growing role
Desirable
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
• Excellent closer of business
• Market knowledge (EV, Solar, Energy Storage)
• The ability to work remotely and stay self-motivated
