The renewables industry represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for change. We won't avert climate change just with renewables but moving to low carbon sources of power is a significant step in the right direction. I specifically chose to stay in this sector because I find it fascinating and it gives me a sense of achievement. Big picture stuff aside, I love working in a business with purpose and integrity and have spent nearly a decade learning about policy, technology, geography, history and finance with a brilliant and supportive team.
